Supplement Boosts Immune Function & Helps Diabetic Blood Sugar
I just got back blood test results which really confirm some very good research currently being done on a product called arabinoxylan (Rice Bran Arabinoxylan Compound).
My neutrophil count has more than doubled in the last week since I began taking 3 grams of arabinoxylan three times/day (the count is 1.4 up from 0.6).
In terms of treatment, it means I go for chemotherapy tomorrow and am not as readily prone to infections. I am looking forward to seeing what the CT scan results are as well from Monday.
Arabinoxylan is a Rice Bran husk derivative, often referred to as RBAC. Usually it is undigestible, unless isolated and extracted through an enzymatic cleavage process. In animals for example that is what the appendix does, whereas in people, the appendix is a vestigial organ, a remnant that does not produce the same digestive enzymes it does in animals, namely cellulase. Cellulase is needed to break down very tough sugars (like cellulose), similar sugars to that you find in tree bark, certain plants, and the husks of rice, raw wheat..etc..things we don’t normally digest with any ease.
The best part about RBAC is that it boosts Natural Killer cells in some instances by up to 300%, the self-same cells that attenuate/reduce viruses and even tumour cells in the human body. this is not jst a function of activation and induced proliferation of Natural Killers cells, but also the induction of the body’s innate free radical scavenging system using complex enzymes such as glutathione synthase and peroxidase among a few. If you are a little uncertain about this, please feel free to use the the PubMed link I have provided to research this further.
this picture for example shows a natural killer cell with actin (a cell matrix protein i.e. the cell’s equivalent to a skeleton) and the enzyme perforin (used to “burn holes” in foreign cells causing them to burst and die). Consider that one Natural Killer cell can attentuate up to 20 foreign/tumor cells before it dies…
Another added perk and recent journal finding for arabinoxylan (Peak Immune4), is that it will reduce post-meal blood sugar in diabetics. Again please refer to the literature for this before going to town on this, but this has been patient-tested and researched, and is a good way to manage blood in combination with conventional medicine. Always consult with your primary care physician, and approach them with journal article findings and questions related to a find such as this.
